Shipping to Spain and Portugal

Shipments to the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands

International shipping

Customs costs
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or fees according to local legislation.
Two Jeys is responsible for shipping, but local customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Mexico: limit of 10 items per order. Orders exceeding this number cannot be delivered.

We do not ship to the following countries: Belarus, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mauritius, Moldova, Nigeria, New Zealand, French Polynesia, Serbia, Ukraine, Israel, Afghanistan, Algeria, Syria, Yemen, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea.

Delays, cancellations, and special conditions

During collection drops, Black Friday, and Christmas, high demand concentrated in a few days may cause shipping delays.

Two Jeys is not responsible for delivery errors when the address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete.

Two Jeys is not responsible for cancellations that cannot be processed in time due to rapid order preparation.

All transit times are approximate and may vary, especially during periods of high demand. They should not be interpreted as exact delivery dates.

All orders are shipped from Spain.

Two Jeys always strives to offer the best possible international shipping service, but in exceptional cases beyond our control, an order may be canceled. In such cases, the customer will be notified within 24 business hours and a refund will be issued using the same payment method.
