WARRANTY
All our products are covered by the legal warranty of 3 years from the date of delivery, applicable to purchases made through official Twojeys & More, S.L. sales channels.
If you detect a possible lack of conformity covered by the warranty, contact our team at hello@twojeys.com, indicating your order number and briefly describing the problem. We will guide you through the steps to manage the repair or replacement of the product and, when legally applicable, the price reduction or refund.
If you purchased your product through an authorized distributor, any warranty claim must be processed directly with the seller where you made the purchase.
JEWELRY
This legal warranty covers lack of conformity in jewelry that exists at the time of delivery. Excluded are damages resulting from regular use, natural wear, accidents, misuse or inadequate maintenance, as well as damages or alterations occurring after delivery, including those caused by chemicals, water, impacts, or handling not in accordance with the care instructions or recommendations provided.
Due to the manual finishing of all our pieces, there may be slight variations between different pieces of the same model, such as polishing or marks derived from the manual or artisanal manufacturing process, which do not affect the product's conformity.
Personalized products do not admit changes or returns, as they are items made according to customer specifications. This includes cases of error in the choice of design, size, measurement, engraving or requested personalization. The above does not affect consumer rights in case of lack of conformity, according to the legal warranty.
CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES
This legal warranty covers lack of conformity in garments that exists at the time of delivery. Excluded are damages caused by normal use, incorrect washing, inadequate ironing, accidents or misuse, as well as wear or deterioration occurring after delivery, including natural wear of fabrics, colors or prints.
When working with natural materials or delicate textiles, some pieces or garments may present slight variations in color, texture or finish, characteristic of the material, which do not affect the product's conformity.
Products marked as "defective" in-store do not admit changes or returns for reasons other than the informed defect. The above does not affect consumer rights in case of lack of conformity different from the defect communicated and accepted at the time of purchase, according to the legal warranty.
