NON-SILVER JEWELRY
All of our non-silver jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of the delivery of the order.
The warranty will exclusively be applied to original items purchased directly from our website or stores, in initial condition and unaltered by external factors such as improper use, exposure to extreme conditions, natural wear, incorrect cleaning or chemical interactions.
SILVER JEWELRY & 18K GOLD
All of our silver jewelry, and our 18k gold pieces, are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery.
This extended warranty applies to original silver items purchased directly from our website or stores, maintaining the same conditions as our standard warranty.
The coverage specifically addresses manufacturing defects unique to silver products, while excluding issues such as surface alterations typical to silver's natural aging process, improper storage, or exposure to harsh chemicals that may affect the silver's integrity.
Lost or stolen items, possible marks, nicks and scratches, and articles exhibiting oxidation, discoloration, or natural deterioration over time will be excluded from all warranty types.
