TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
These provisions regulate the terms and conditions of purchase (hereinafter, the "Terms") of products through https://twojeys.com (hereinafter, "Website") owned by TwoJeys & More, S.L. (hereinafter, "TwoJeys") made available to internet users (hereinafter, the "User").

PURCHASE PROCESS
To purchase one or more products through the Website, the User must add them to the shopping cart. This is done by browsing the different product categories available on the Website and selecting the desired products. Once selected, the User must click the "Add to cart" button.
From the shopping cart, the User can review the selected products. Here quantities can be modified, products can be removed, or discount codes can be applied if available.
To proceed with payment for the selected products, the User must choose the "Go to Checkout" option and subsequently provide the requested delivery information. This information includes name, address, city, postal code, and telephone number. It is important to ensure that all information is correct to avoid delivery problems.
Additionally, the User has the option to make an express payment, which allows for a faster and simpler payment process. This option is available for Users who use payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, where payment and shipping information is already saved, thus facilitating a more agile purchase without the need to manually enter the data.
TwoJeys reserves the right to modify payment methods and/or the payment gateway following modification of these Terms.
2. PRICES
Product prices are as indicated on the Website at any given time, which are expressed in € (euro) currency and include Value Added Tax (hereinafter, the "Price"). TwoJeys reserves the right to modify these prices, but these changes will not affect existing orders that have been confirmed, orders being placed at the time of the price change, or orders already selected in the User's cart.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
The products offered are distributed to Users in any country. The purchase is subject to payment of shipping costs, payable by the User. Shipping costs will depend on the destination and the total order amount; these costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and you can review the amount before completing the purchase.
All shipping cost amounts are shown with VAT included.
4. SHIPPING CONDITIONS
TwoJeys manages and carries out the shipment of orders through third-party providers. Specifically, once the User has purchased the products through the Website, orders will be shipped through transport service providers that, in each case, TwoJeys considers most suitable.
TwoJeys will not be responsible for delays or damage caused to products due to causes beyond its control, and specifically for causes attributable to product transport providers. TwoJeys is not responsible for inaccuracies in delivery information provided by the User, with the User having to assume additional costs when an error or inaccuracy implies making a new shipment or any action that entails an additional cost.
5. ORDER NON-CONFORMITY
Any order may be rejected or canceled by TwoJeys when there is a manifest error in the price or product information, or when billing, payment and/or delivery information is insufficient or inaccurate.
Orders may also be canceled if there are reasonable suspicions that they have been made using stolen payment card information, if they appear to be related to fraud, or if they are linked to a previous payment dispute.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders placed by the User through the Website are subject to prior confirmation by TwoJeys and may be rejected in whole or in part by TwoJeys, among other reasons, due to lack of product stock, geographical limitations of the delivery location indicated by the User on the Website, or any incident linked to the payment method.
Once payment has been made, TwoJeys will confirm receipt of the order via email to the User, indicating the details of the order. Any circumstance whereby TwoJeys cannot confirm the User's order will be notified through the Website or via email communication.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In compliance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, TwoJeys informs that the User has the possibility to withdraw from the purchase without justification within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must communicate to TwoJeys their decision to withdraw from the contract, through any type of communication of said decision that allows proof of its content and receipt by TwoJeys, sending it to the email address: hello@twojeys.com
8. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
All products purchased through the Website may be subject to exchange or return in accordance with the provisions of this clause and the link https://twojeys.com/en/pages/returns-exchanges. The User may request a size or product exchange free of charge once, within 30 calendar days following receipt of the order. From the second exchange onwards, TwoJeys may apply the corresponding shipping costs.
For the exchange or return to be accepted, the products must be in their original condition, without signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or any other alteration that prevents their resale as new, and include the original packaging, tags, and corresponding accessories.
The exchange or return procedure must be initiated through the form enabled on the Website, after which the User will receive a shipping label to proceed with the return of the package. Once the process has been initiated, the User will have 5 calendar days to deliver the package at the corresponding collection point or at an authorized store.
Purchases made at physical points of sale or through third-party distributors, retailers, or marketplaces must manage their exchanges, returns and, where applicable, warranty claims directly with the seller with whom the purchase was made, insofar as said seller is responsible to the consumer for the legal and contractual obligations derived from said transaction. Consequently, TwoJeys will not process exchanges, returns, or incidents associated with purchases made from third parties, without prejudice to the rights that assist the consumer against the seller in accordance with current regulations.
Purchases made through the Website may be managed, in terms of exchanges and returns, both through the online channel and at TwoJeys physical stores. On the contrary, purchases made at physical establishments must be managed exclusively at the point of sale where the purchase was made. Stores located in La Roca Village are excluded, which are governed by specific conditions. The foregoing is understood without prejudice to the rights that assist the consumer in terms of legal warranty for lack of conformity, in accordance with current regulations.

9. LEGAL WARRANTY
The legal warranty applicable to the products will be in accordance with the characteristics and description found on the Website. TwoJeys does not offer any warranty superior to that specified on the Website; in any case, the User has the right to receive products that are of satisfactory quality and that comply with their description.
If the products received by the User do not conform to the minimum quality and description characteristics established on the Website, the User may notify TwoJeys of this circumstance through the contact means specified in these Terms.
In these cases, TwoJeys may request from the User a photograph, video, or other similar elements of the product that show the problem or non-conformity visible to the naked eye and, unless there are reasonable grounds to consider that the problem was caused after delivery, the User will be provided with the same product again in adequate condition.
10. COMMUNICATIONS
TwoJeys may communicate with the User through email and/or telephone calls provided that the User has given their consent when legally required. These communications may be sent or initiated by TwoJeys or by any of its service providers, including carriers, when necessary for User authentication, communications to confirm, process and notify the User about the order status, provide a receipt or invoice, notify other purchase suggestions for certain products, or for any other service related to the use of the Website and the purchase of products.
To stop receiving notifications, the User may manage their consents and preferences by directing a request to TwoJeys at its email address. The User agrees that TwoJeys will send a message to confirm that the request to unsubscribe from commercial communications has been received and processed.
The User acknowledges and agrees that telephone calls between the User and TwoJeys staff may be recorded and/or monitored to ensure quality, security, legal responsibilities, or other business purposes.
11. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected on the Website related to User navigation, as well as communications or requests directed via its online forms, will be processed by TwoJeys, as data controller, in accordance with the regulations applicable at any given time and guaranteeing their confidentiality, as established in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
TwoJeys reserves the right to modify or update the Terms at any time. In any case, periodic consultation of these is recommended as they may be modified.
13. CLAIMS
The User may submit a claim by contacting TwoJeys preferably via email at hello@twojeys.com, which is our main communication channel, or, alternatively, via telephone number 660398080, or any other contact method enabled on the Website or in the Legal Notice.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the European Commission offers a free access platform for online dispute resolution (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/) to which the parties may voluntarily submit through the intervention of the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an impartial intermediary between both parties.

14. APPLICABLE LAW, COMPETENT JURISDICTION AND NOTIFICATIONS
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Spain. For any claim, the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile will be competent.
All notifications, requirements, requests and other communications that the User wishes to make to TwoJeys must be made in writing and will be understood to have been correctly made when they have been received at the following address hello@twojeys.com
