HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
The period to request a product exchange is 30 days. For purchases made in physical stores, this period starts from the date of purchase; for online orders, it starts from the date the order is delivered.
The period to request a return is 14 calendar days. For purchases made in physical stores, this period starts from the date of purchase; for online orders, it starts from the date the order is delivered.
If the new item has a higher price, the difference must be paid. If it has a lower price, the difference will be refunded. Shipping costs are non refundable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear (boxers, socks and tank tops) and lighters cannot be exchanged or returned.
Swimsuits from the collaboration with Cabrio will only be accepted for exchange or return if they are returned in their original packaging.
IN PHYSICAL STORE
In our stores in Spain, you can process both exchanges and returns for orders placed online or purchases made in any of our physical stores. In our international stores, exchanges and returns can only be processed at company-owned stores located in the same country where the purchase was made.
Product exchanges are subject to stock availability at each store.
La Roca Village outlet operates independently and therefore only accepts exchanges or returns for purchases made at that specific store. Returns for online orders are not accepted.
If your purchase was made through a point of sale, distributor, retailer or third-party marketplace, any exchange or return must be processed directly with the store where the purchase was made.
To process an exchange or return in-store for an online order, you must present your order confirmation email. For returns of purchases made in-store and paid by card, the card payment receipt must also be presented.
THOUGH OUR WEBSITE
Online order exchanges and returns can be processed through our returns portal by entering only your order number and the email address associated with the purchase.
Once the process has been started, the parcel must be dropped off at the selected drop-off point or store within 14 days. After this period, the exchange or return request will be automatically cancelled and cannot be requested again for that order.
Once your parcel has been received at our warehouse, the items will undergo an inspection to ensure they meet our return conditions. After successfully passing the quality control process, our team will process your refund within approximately 48 to 72 hours using the original payment method or, if requested, as a gift card.
Important: The first exchange for an order is free of charge. For countries subject to customs procedures, we also cover customs fees for the first product exchange. From the second exchange onwards for the same order, shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Returns will always incur a return shipping fee.
Only the items included in the return request will be processed. Any products sent that were not previously registered in the return request cannot be processed or refunded. Likewise, returns sent independently or outside our authorised returns system (REVENI) will not be accepted.

Purchases made in physical stores cannot be processed through our returns portal and must be handled at any of our stores in Spain, except for the La Roca Village outlet.

REFUNDS
Once processed, your refund may take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
