Return or exchange a product

Deadlines and conditions:

The items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or any other condition that prevents them from being resold as new. The original packaging, tags, and any accessories that were part of the product must also be included.

You can make a free size or product exchange once within 30 days after receiving the item. Shipping costs will be charged starting from the second exchange.

If you return your order within 14 days after receiving it and choose a refund, shipping costs will be charged.

Steps to follow:

  1. Fill out the exchange and return form to obtain the shipping label:

    Returns and exchanges UK store
  2. Print and attach the return label to the package and take it to the selected drop-off point or any of our stores. Remember that purchases made at La Roca Village and El Corte Inglés can only be returned at those establishments.
  3. You have 5 calendar days from the initiation of the return to send the package. Make sure to securely seal the box with adhesive tape to keep it secure.

Additional information:

In case of a defect or issue with a product purchased from a retail store (such as Selfridges, FootDistrict, WOW Concept, BSTN, Revolve), please contact the store where the purchase was made directly.

Refund Policies

The refund is processed once the returned merchandise has been received and verified according to the Terms and Conditions indicated on this page.

If refunded to the same payment method, the process is immediate. For other methods, it may take between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.

Promotional and Sold-Out Products

Discounted products can only be exchanged for the same item or for other products of equal value.

If the product is sold out, you will receive a gift card for its value.

Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Lithuania, Norway, Czech Republic, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Hungary: 10€

United States: 15€

Mexico, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Japan, Chile, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Colombia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Georgia, Iceland, Peru, Uruguay, China, and South Africa: 30€

TwoJeys will not be responsible for any customs costs or potential retention in these countries.

Other

TwoJeys will not be responsible for delivery errors if the delivery address provided by the user is incorrect or if any information is missing.

If the customer changes their mind about the order during the shipping process, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
