The costs for returns / exchanges will be charged by the customer.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are committed to preparing all orders received by 12 pm (CET) on the same day from Monday to Friday.
Important note *: Due to the saturation of courier companies during the Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas season, some shipments may experience a slight delay in delivery. If your order has not been delivered in a reasonable time, please contact us.
We ship worldwide. Below you will find the details of the costs and shipping types corresponding to each country.
In case you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been sent, you must contact us as soon as possible. Changing the shipping address will incur an additional cost depending on the destination.
For all shipments to Spain, the courier company responsible for the delivery and transport of all our orders is TIPSA.
For international orders, the courier company responsible for the delivery and transport of all our orders and DHL.
Shipments to post office boxes will not be possible.
When we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a link to track it. In case of absence, the messenger will contact you to arrange a time that best suits your preferences.

Purchases less than 100€ - from 5.95€
- Express: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 48 / 72 business hours.
- Standard: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 4 / 5 labor days.
Purchases less than 100€ - from 12.95€
- International shipping: Once the order is prepared, time is 5-11 business days depending on the destination.
- Standard: Outside the EU the shipping time is 5-11 business days depending on the destination.
Sometimes, shipments to countries outside the EU may carry additional fees and taxes, in this case, it will be in charge of the buyer. We will take the steps and prepare the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management.
