IN WHAT CASES CAN I CHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
In all cases defined below, as long as it does not separate from a defective custom product:
- I have made a wrong size and I would like to change it
- The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another or return it Received the order in poor condition In any case, it is essential that the products subject to a change or a return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise you will not be able to have any change or return. It is your responsibility to provide the proper packaging to ensure that the items obtained from Two Jeys are in perfect condition. You must use the original box when receiving your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to avoid the requested return.
- The period of time to change or return an item is 15 days from the order delivery date.
- Exceptions: The exchange or return period for orders placed from November 28 to January 6 is until February 7.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE A CHANGE OR A RETURN?
Our Customer Service team will inform you about the steps to follow to change the item.
- National Changes: The new item will be sent in a return service, in which the courier will deliver the new product and collect the product that will be sent to change. Do not forget to fill out the exchange and return form received with your order and include it in the package that you are going to return. It is important that you have prepared the product you want to change. In case of not delivering the item you want to exchange, the courier will not be able to deliver the new item.
- International Changes: For changes of an international nature, our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost
Our Customer Service team will inform you about the steps to follow and the address where you should send the item to return. Once the courier company delivers the package to our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email stating that the amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 business days. You will receive the refund in the same way you made your purchase, through PayPal or a refund on your credit or debit card.
TWOJEYS will not be responsible for any loss that the package has suffered during the shipment, and it will be the responsibility of the affected client of that package that package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE A CHANGE OR A RETURN?
The costs associated with the changes will always be borne by the buyer. The cost of shipping and exchange will be € 5.95, corresponding to the cost of shipping the new product and collecting the changed item.
For changes of an international nature, our Customer Service team will inform you about the corresponding cost.
Orders of € 100 or more that have enjoyed free shipping have a fee of € 5.90 for handling costs in the event of a full return of the order.
In case you want to change a product for a different one of a different amount, the difference will be paid or charged by bank transfer or PayPal.
In relation to the returns of payment you must send us the product to return to the indicated address, the cost of which will be borne by the buyer.
