We are committed to preparing all orders received by 10 am (CET) on the next day.

We ship worldwide. Below you will find the details of the costs and shipping types corresponding to each country.

In case you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been sent, you must contact us as soon as possible. Changing the shipping address will incur an additional cost depending on the destination.

For all shipments to Spain, the courier company responsible for the delivery and transport of all our orders is TIPSA.

For international orders, the courier company responsible for the delivery and transport of all our orders are DHL & GLS. Shipments to post office boxes will not be possible.

When we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a link to track it. In case of absence, the messenger will contact you to arrange a time that best suits your preferences.
